Fresh, vibrant, and made with care. đŸ„—âœš

Our Salade Niçoise starts with fresh yellowfin tuna, gently olive oil-poached in-house to create a rich, delicate texture that makes this classic truly shine. Paired with crisp vegetables, bright flavors, and our lemon-pepper dressing, it’s the kind of lunch that leaves you satisfied without weighing you down.

Whether you’re craving something light or just looking for a reason to step away from the office, we’ve got a lineup of fresh, seasonal salads waiting for you.

Join us for lunch this week. 🌿

Nothing says summer quite like a slice of sour cherry pie with vanilla ice cream. đŸ’đŸ„§

This weekend is your last chance to enjoy it before we close for our Independence Day break. Like all good things, it’s only here while supplies last—so don’t wait too long to treat yourself.

We’ll see you this weekend, then we’ll be back after the holiday refreshed and ready to welcome you again. ❀

A great meal starts with a great appetizer.đŸ€Œ

Our feature is Chicken Liver PĂątĂ© with a cucumber and parsley gelĂ©e,  grilled ciabatta, pickles, chow chow and mustard. Rich, elegant, and the perfect way to begin your evening, especially alongside a glass of French or Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. đŸ·

Like all of our features, it’s only available while it lasts, so don’t wait too long to stop by. And as a reminder, we’ll be closed all next week for the Independence Day holiday, making this your last chance to enjoy it before the break.

Bright, vibrant, and straight from the farm.

Today’s feature salad showcases beautiful heirloom tomatoes from Long Live Farm, paired with creamy stracciatella, shaved red onion, torn herbs, basil oil, and a bright lemon vinaigrette. It’s the kind of dish that reminds us why summer produce is worth celebrating.

Fresh, colorful, and rooted in the best of what our local farmers are growing right now. Join us for lunch or dinner and enjoy this limited-time feature while it lasts.

We’re honored to be featured in the Tallahassee Democrat’s roundup of new summer menus around town.

From our Fire-Grilled Cheshire Pork Chop to other seasonal favorites, our team has been hard at work creating dishes that make the most of summer’s flavors. If you’ve been meaning to see what’s new at Sage, this is a great week to join us for lunch or dinner.

One friendly reminder: we’ll be closed next week as our team takes time to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday. Be sure to stop in before then and enjoy what summer tastes like at Sage.

🍔 Last call for June’s Burger Monday special.

Tonight is your final chance to enjoy this month’s burger, served with fries, a Sage salad, and a glass of wine as part of our Burger Monday dinner special.

Our Mongolian BBQ Wagyu Burger starts with a juicy Wagyu patty, topped with GruyĂšre, grilled pineapple, and crisp sriracha slaw, all served on a toasted challah bun. Sweet, savory, smoky, and just the right amount of heat.

We’ll also be taking a short break and will be closed the first week of July for the Independence Day holiday, so if this burger has been on your list, now’s the time.

See you for dinner. đŸ”đŸ·
