One final pairing dinner, an nd one seriously unique way to celebrate 20 years of Sage.

Tomorrow night at 6:30 PM, we’re hosting the final of our three 20th Anniversary pairing dinners — and the first two sold out.

This one is a little different.

Join us for a Cazcanes Tequila Tequila Tasting, Blending & Bottling Experience featuring a Cazcanes Joven welcome cocktail, small bites from our culinary team, and five different expressions of Cazcanes Tequila with special guest Jenna White.

Then comes the fun part: you’ll create your own tequila blend, bottle it, and take your very own bottle home with you.

It’s not every night you get to drink tequila, make your own blend, and walk out with a bottle that you created yourself.

Only a few tickets remain. Once they’re gone, our 20th Anniversary pairing dinners are officially sold out.

In case you missed it… Sage is turning 20.

Last week, the Tallahassee Democrat took a look at Sage as we celebrate two decades in Tallahassee — and we’re still right in the middle of the celebration.

We’ve made it through two fires, a pandemic, countless dinners and celebrations, and 20 years of memories made around our tables. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of the Sage story.

And there’s still time to celebrate with us.

A few tickets remain for Tuesday’s Tequila Blending Experience, where you’ll taste five expressions of Cazcanes Tequila, create your own blend, and take your very own bottle home.

Then, for the final couple weeks of September, we’re bringing back some classic Sage favorites with a special 20th Anniversary Prix Fixe menu.

So, yes — there’s a lot more celebrating to do.

You really had to be there. 🦪🥂

Last night kicked off our 20th Anniversary celebrations with Bubbles & Bivalves, and what a way to start.

Jody and Dewey Houck of Cypress Point Oysters kept the oysters coming all night, Derek Captain of Winebow kept the bubbles flowing, and our kitchen team rounded it all out with a spread worthy of the occasion.

To everyone who joined us: thank you. Truly. Twenty years of Sage wouldn’t be possible without the people who have continued to pull up a chair, raise a glass, and celebrate with us.

And if you missed last night… well, consider this your reminder that there’s plenty more to come.

Next Tuesday, we’re getting into tequila with our Tequila Blending Experience. Come taste five Cazcanes expressions, create your own blend, and take a bottle home with you.

20 years only happens once. We’d love to celebrate the rest of it with you.

Join us at Sage for an evening celebrating two things that were simply meant to be together: sparkling wine and oysters.

We’re teaming up with Cypress Point Oysters for a special night featuring a meet & greet with Jody and Dewey Houck, freshly shucked oysters, and a wide-ranging lineup of sparkling wines chosen to showcase different styles, regions, and flavors.

And because no glass of bubbles should go without something delicious to nibble on, the Sage culinary team will be serving up an assortment of small bites—from smoked trout rillettes and roasted oysters to marinated shrimp, Gulf crab, prosciutto, cheese, fruit and more.

It’s a chance to taste your way through a whole world of bubbles while enjoying some of the best oysters our coast has to offer.
