The Lab is making new friends here in its newly discovered locale. Johnston's has been absolutely amazing with their selection, and wonderful service to boot. I am really looking forward to seeing what all comes out of the lab in the not too distant future!!

*cough cough* Oh, dont’t mind the dust….

The lab has gone unattended for a bit longer than I was ever hoping. Thats on me.

There was a genuine space and health issue at its old temporary location…that was supposed to last 1 year and went on for four…

However…

The lights are flickering back on, and to the surprise of anyone…has managed to completely relocate itself.

Still no sign of any of the lab rats, but some scurrying could be heard. Something is afoot.

There’s a plan in place. There is a reboot pending. What’s coming will be both new and somewhat familiar. With a twist or two.

PTMO Food Labs shall return…just not in Avengers Doomsday..at least as far as I know. Wouldn’t THAT be wild?!

Lab will be reopening for business shortly with an updated menu available for a variety of means. Stay tuned for more info while I dust off all the gear and put together what kind of menu will be available (But it will include ALL seasonally available jams and jellies, no worries there, the heart of the lab will always remain.)

Truck will be out and about this week Wednesday and Thursday, so Winter Garden people, keep an eye out here for more info on the exact times and locations. (I rarely glance at the event sheets until I arrive to load up, that's on me.)

Once again, if you operate an event, or have contact with someone who operates an event that would benefit from having some really good Noms on site, and would like to have the Smoking Soul BBQ truck featured at said event, please shoot me a message here, or text me if you have that already, however it works. People who know me know enough that for me to get back into the foods game outside of PTMO and the Food Lab, it had to take one heck of a product, and one heck of a mission because last time was nearly the death of me literally. This product, and these people are that good. I want to be able to share how good this food is, and the mission that the team brings, to as many people as I can. I am not the most social butterfly on the planet, just a very loud noisy butterfly to anyone who stands close enough. I need help in getting the word out, and helping get the truck out to as many places as we can. (preferably within an hour of Clermont)

First batches of this years Apple Butter have gone out and Im looking forward to making quite a bit more. Very happy with this combination of apples.
