Welcome to the Bar 1903 Journeys!

Starting THIS Monday, we’re introducing a brand new menu experience that takes you through the history and evolution cocktails, with a new chapter of the journey featured every two weeks.

From 09/07 through 09/19, we’re beginning with The Birth of the Cocktail, featuring three different wh***ey cocktails that explore how the drink developed into the modern form we know today.

Enjoy the full journey with three full-sized cocktails for $43, or try all three in half-sized pours for $25.

At long last, the Eras Tour is finally returning!

This September, we’re restarting our Eras Tour into the cocktail history of The Beginning: Pre-1880, where you’ll experience seven iconic historic cocktails, a full pour of your favorite, and charcuterie pairings all for $55.

Ticket sales go LIVE Tuesday, September 1st! The only way to secure your spot is by calling the bar during business hours. We have extremely limited tickets available, so be sure you don’t miss out. It’s going to be one for the ages!

Beginning with The Bartender’s Guide by Jerry Thomas in 1862, Americans began to realize that cocktails have been a part of the human experience for centuries. Most of the cocktails of the era were simply miniaturized versions of popular punches favored by the social elites of the time. These “original” cocktails are some of the oldest but have stood the test of time with their iconic flavor profiles.

With more than a century of history between the two, the Negroni has had plenty of time to take on a few different forms.

The classic Negroni dates back to Florence around 1919, known for its bold, bitter profile and signature red color. More than 80 years later, the White Negroni came along as a lighter, more botanical take on the classic.

And with garnet and gold back in season, we figured these two looked especially good together.

Meet the Florida Sour, bringing some bright Florida citrus to a classic wh***ey sour.

It’s smooth, tart, and refreshing, with enough richness to balance out all that citrus.
