the fall '26, meat-up tour is hitting the road this september and we are putting some miles on the meat wagon. we're excited to return to see some familiar faces and also head to some new places.

alright peeps...it's time! we've got the full lineup of our classic smoked meats, some super cool sammies and even amped up some of our sides.

we swapped boiled potatoes for tater tots to make an unforgettable "salad". osceola, our favorite "cowboy" in tallahassee is honored with his own cowboy beans that is almost as much smoked, ground brisket as it is bean. and those nachos...forget about it!

this menu is wild and we are so excited to return to Cathay Court tomorrow night. come out for a beer and the coolest lineup in Tally this weekend.

one of our favorite days of the year is upon us and we're excited to be with y'all for a third consecutive year .
