Sometimes the biggest leap of faith starts with a simple cup of coffee. ☕🤎
If you had told me a few years ago that I’d leave corporate America to build a coffee business from the ground up, I probably would have smiled and said, “Maybe one day.”
That “one day” finally came.
I walked away from the security of a corporate career to chase a dream that wouldn’t let go of my heart. It was scary. There were plenty of unknowns, but I knew I wanted to build something my family could be proud of—something that brought people together over really great coffee.
Today, I’m the owner, roaster, and barista behind The Copper Drip. I’m also a wife and a mom to seven incredible kids, so life is full, busy, and beautifully chaotic. Every early morning roasting beans, every market, every event, and every latte served is a reminder that taking a chance on yourself can be worth it.
Coffee has become my way of connecting with people. I love introducing someone to a new roast, crafting the perfect latte, and seeing conversations begin over a cup that was made with care.
And if you’re wondering what’s in my cup these days… it’s our Honey Butter Latte. It’s cozy, smooth, and the drink I keep reaching for after a long day on the truck.
