Miller’s BBQ will be changing its hours for the next couple of months will be open from 1030 to 5 Tuesday through Saturday. This will start Tuesday march 24. This is a temporary move due to increase in cost and personnel

We are a family owned beef cattle operation located in Clanton AL. We are now booking appointments for October 2022 for bulk beef in wholes and halves. If you’d like to stock your freezer with all natural beef, please give us a call at 205-351-1415. The price is $4 per lb hanging weight. This price includes all processing fees. We do require a $500 deposit for a half and $1000 deposit for a whole when you place your order. All processing will be done at Slasham Valley Processing and all cuts are vacuum sealed.
Typical hanging weights:
Whole beef 600 - 700 lbs
Half beef 300 - 350 lbs
Our cattle are grass fed and grain finished.

Spots are limited so don’t wait!!!

Fall 2022 slots are filled, keep an eye out for Spring dates!
