We've got a yummy farmy menu special happening this weekend!

Introducing the caponata bagel - an open-faced bagel of choice topped with plain schmear, caponata, & basil

Caponata is ratatouille's brinier Sicilian cousin - ours is made with beautiful late season veg all from Side Yard Farm & Kitchen- Rogue Valley (eggplant, Italian sweet peppers, tomato, herbs & aromatics with the addition of capers & green olive)

We only made one batch, so be sure not to miss it!
