Congratulations to our winners, Jaboris Green and Austin Dingler! 🎉 We hope you enjoyed your Wagyu steak dinners, freshly prepared by our very own Marco👨🏽‍🍳.

One of the things we're most proud of is serving locally raised Wagyu beef right here from Talbot County. Supporting local farmers while providing our customers with a premium dining experience is something we value.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to step away from the restaurant and spend some time together at Fuji Japanese Steak House as we celebrated our incredible team.

At Monroe’s Dugout, we know that our employees are the heart and backbone of everything we do. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment are what make our restaurant a place where friends, families, and neighbors can come together and feel at home.

We are grateful not only for the effort our team puts into serving our guests each day, but also for the positive impact they have on the community we are proud to serve. Their passion, teamwork, and willingness to go the extra mile do not go unnoticed.

Even on our off days, we’re still working to make Monroe’s Dugout better for both our establishment and the customers we proudly serve. Today, we took the time to buff and wax our floors so our guests can continue enjoying a clean, fresh, and polished dining experience.

At Monroe’s Dugout, we believe the little details matter, and we’re always putting in the work behind the scenes to give you the best atmosphere possible.

Monroe’s Dugout will be closed tomorrow, 4/4/26, to allow our team time to spend with their families this Easter holiday.

We truly value family time and believe in taking meaningful breaks to recharge. We hope our staff and all of our customers enjoy this special time with their loved ones.
