🌈 I had every intention of opening the stand right away… and then THIS happened. 😂

I put my post up, put the open flag out, turned around to finish opening everything, and was greeted by this beautiful rainbow.

I absolutely love rainbows, so of course I stopped dead in my tracks and had my little moment. 🥰 It disappeared so fast, and I’m so glad I was able to catch it.

And yes… if you notice the sign still says CLOSED in the picture, that’s because I hadn’t made it that far yet. 🤣

The stand is OPEN now — I just had to get lost in the rainbow first.

Tell me I’m not the only one who gets completely distracted by a rainbow. 🌈😂

What a day at the Harvest & Heritage Festival at Glenmore Mansion! 🍂

Thank you so much to everyone who came out today to support Glenmore Mansion and all of us vendors who set up for the event. It was so nice meeting new faces, seeing familiar ones, and getting to chat with so many of you.

I truly appreciate every single person who stopped by Fee’s and made a purchase. I came very close to selling out, with just a few things left by the end of the day!

The weather definitely kept us on our toes. 😂 We had some rain, then it cleared up and turned into a beautiful day… and then the wind decided to make things interesting. Signs went flying, a few things tipped over, and eventually the canopy had to come down, but somehow we made it work.

One of the biggest surprises of the day was the old-fashioned molasses cake. I created it especially for the event, brought samples for everyone to try, and it was a hit! There are only a couple of slices left, and I’ve already decided it’s staying on the Fee’s menu. ❤️

A special thank-you to my neighbor for being there through all of it today — setup, rain, wind, flying signs and everything in between. I truly couldn’t have done it without the extra help.

And thank you to Glenmore Mansion for hosting such a lovely event and giving all of us vendors the opportunity to be part of it. It really was a great day.

I’ve been busy making and adding some brand-new goodies to the stand!

🎃 And it’s not just the kitchen! I’ve also added handmade Halloween shelf sitters, décor, coasters & earrings.

I’m usually closed on Wednesdays, but I made a few goodies and opened the stand today! 🤷‍♀️☔

There are cheesecake cups, cakes, and more in the fridge. The rain has eased up for now, but the stand is enclosed if it picks up again.

Pull into the driveway and park beside the stand. The door is unlocked—come on in! Self-serve • Honor system • Cash preferred; Venmo and PayPal accepted.

I’ll have the doors unlocked and the stand ready to go starting at 11:30 AM today — and since it’s a Surprise Sunday, I figured I might as well throw in a few specials too!

And that’s just a peek at what’s tucked inside! You’ll also find caramel macchiato cold lattes, bliss cakes, build-your-own cheesecake cups, treats, freeze pops, dip mixes, seasonings, plus other goodies & gifts. 😊

Fee’s is a little self-serve, honor-system stand right here in Talbott — just pull in, take a look around and help yourself!

📌 There’s also a community board inside where anyone is welcome to leave business cards or flyers for local events.
