Sashimi is a Japanese delicacy consisting of fresh raw fish or meat sliced into thin pieces and often eaten with soy sauce. Sashimi is often the first course in a formal Japanese meal, but it can also be the main course. The knife you see on the left known as Sashimi bōchō, literally "sashimi knife" is a type of long, thin knife used in Japanese cuisine to prepare sashimi .

That is how our business came to be a combination of the best of both worlds. Along every step of the way, we take so much pride in preparing your food.
