Some of our dearest loved ones have been deeply impacted by the Old Trails Fire in Spokane, including my sister who nearly lost her home and pets and my mother who lives in an adult family home. They were abruptly evacuated on Saturday and are coping day-to-day in a state of disbelief as they come to terms with the scope of the devastation. Some of their friends and neighbors have lost everything. I am sharing my sister's story in an effort to help in some way and pet care seems fitting. We all want to help but don't know how, so I am providing a link to services compiled by her Veterinary clinic Indian Trail Animal Hospital which is currently evacuated. It looks like SpokAnimal C.A.R.E. is a good resource also.

Medzo has been nominated once again in the Best of Pierce County Dessert and Frozen Treat categories. Last year, we took gold for Best Dessert and bronze for Best Frozen Treat. In 2024, we took silver in both categories.
