Is it lunch yet!? We’ve got some new sandos and salads in the shop, each a must-try!

Our steak sandwich features rosemary garlic marinated steak, roasted garlic aioli, Fresno jam, chimichurri, caramelized onions, and arugula all piled high on baguette. A beautiful mess you won’t mind licking your fingers for 😋

Our pork loin sandwich is also back, and if you tried it last year, you’ll be running to get one again! It’s a giant mouthful of white w**e braised pork loin, apricot rosemary aioli, caramelized onions, romaine, and cilantro. 🤤

And we couldn’t end the summer without an hierloom tomato showstopper, and our pesto panzanella is it! Rosemary croutons made in house with our rosemary sourdough bread, juicy heirloom tomatoes, pesto vinaigrette, arugula, and burrata make this salad a hearty yet refreshing midday meal. 🍅

And finally, our quinoa chop, with all the goodies! Romaine hearts, corn, pickled celery, cucumber, radish, pickled onions, hard-boiled egg, all tossed in our green goddess dressing.

Introducing…BREAKFAST ON THE RUN! 🏃‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏽

Our second of the two Cookie Competition winners, dreamed up by Emile from the incoming 3rd grade class at Franklin Elementary and brought to life by Alec Young and our 🔥 bakery crew! BOTR is a maple cookie base with blueberries throughout with a cream-cheese frosting butter pat on top (as Emile requested, “so it will look like a pancake in the movies.” 🥞🎥)

If ever you needed an excuse to have cookies for breakfast, we’ve served one up for you on a platter!

We’ll be baking them starting Sunday and through September, and profits go to the Franklin PTSA, which makes every bite even sweeter. 🧡

We are also so excited to share that we will be donating $513 from the Coco Mellow sales to Franklin PTSA to kick off the school year! 🥳

And you’re definitely not going to want to miss our two new danishes! On the savory side, our elote danish features our flaky croissant pastry filled with green chile and Cotija cream cheese filling and topped with roasted fresh corn, green onion and a brushing of paprika oil. And on the sweet side, our blueberry danish is filled with earl grey pastry cream, topped with juicy summer blueberries and finished with mint. Both instant favorites!

Introducing… the COCO MELLOW! 🤎🤍🧡

Our first of the two Cookie Competition winners, dreamed up by Genesis from the TK class at Franklin Elementary and brought to life by and our stellar bakers. The Coco Mellow is an abuelita spiced chocolate cookie with folds of marshmallow fluff throughout, and finished with coconut and crispy graham crumbs. It’s chewy and crispy and a delight in every bite, and already a fan favorite—you won’t want to miss it!

We’ll be baking them all summer long, and profits go to the Franklin PTSA, which we think will make every bite that much sweeter. Come treat yourself, Tacoma! 🍪
