THE DAY HAS COME! Our Almond Roca ice cream is back for the 2nd year in a row in honor of Almond Roca day. This feature flavor was made in collaboration with our lovely friends at Almond Roca for their special day. It will stick around for a few days until we sell out of it so make sure to stop into any three of our shops while it’s still available!

It’s a well known fact in these parts that a foggy morning means a blue sky afternoon! And we’ll take it! ☀️☀️☀️

But the grey will come, and ICS wants to be there for you even when the weather turns. Which is why we’re bringing you seasonal WARM cakes starting NOW.

Our APPLE CAKE is cinnamon spiced sponge, honeycrisp apples folded in, and soaked with rosemary syrup. Served WARM with your choice of ice cream (we heatedly recommend Vanilla for this occasion).

It’s also very delicious all on its own. 🍎

A big blue sky day AND pumpkin ice cream?!?! It’s a special day in Tacoma. Scooping now at Proctor and Ruston (Coming soon to Hilltop!). If you’re new here, we make this one every year with real pumpkin puree and just the slightest hint of spice to let that squash flavor shine! This is about PUMPKINS and it’s the ICS way to keep things natural, always.

Fall officially starts next week and don’t you worry - we’re ready with a line-up of our coziest flavors to carry you through the colder months. In the mean time, let’s soak up this sunshine while we’ve got it, and celebrate with a scoop!

Two twists on classics currently scooping for a limited time! Chocolate Caramel Swirl satisfies the chocolate cravings with a little added sweetness and luxury. Salted Caramel Peanut is that super smooth caramel ice cream you know and love, with a perfect added crunch. They’re both still available at all shops today, but like all Feature Flavors, they’ll be leaving soon!
