To provide a fast, affordable, and delicious lumpia finger food lunch to a hungry workforce within local geographical areas. Lumpia served as another option to the United States mainstream fast food cuisine. HISTORY: Northwest Lumpia headquarters is located in the formerly known "Nalley Valley" Industrial area in Tacoma, WA. Army veteran and entrepreneur Charles “Chuck” Marbas and his wife Rebecca

. Charles' vision was to share his parent's (Angeles and Luz Marbas, former restaurant owners of Angel’s Cafe and Manila Center Diner) lumpia recipe (Angel’s Original) with the Washington locals. Angel's Original was slightly modified within the family kitchen over the years in Spanaway, WA. That vision became reality where it now offers the 10 different types of lumpia flavors you see today.
