Well we are speechless. 8 years. 120,000 sandwiches, a pandemic, a child…. And shortly another child. Thank you everyone who has come by this week or reached out it really means the world to us. We get asked by friends and family, why we decided to move to Tacoma and this is clearly one of the reasons. We’ve received such an outpouring of love and we’ve really felt the love of the community. ❤️

Did you know it’s almost impossible to get Hot cherry peppers within Pierce county? Trying to put this special together I definitely found the at out… all that to say our current special is: Don’t call me Bologna - Spicy, sweet and crunchy. Comes on ciabatta, Mortadella, topped with a lemon Basil pesto, arugula, cherry peppers and whipped pistachio ricotta.

The Cubano is back for our June special! Mojo marinaded pork shoulder, smoked ham, Swiss, pickles and mustard served on Cuban bread. One of my favorite sandwiches to make come get it while it lasts!

Pumpkin Mousse, topped with vanilla bean whipped cream, crushed almond brittle and a Biscoff cookie.

Our end of June Special is a Marinara braised meatball sub. Served with lemon pepper ricotta topped with Romano cheese and served on a garlic butter roll. *Tip: ask for spicy pepper on the side *
