Here at Gumamela's, we strive to excite your palate with a delightful array of flavors. We combine authentic with inspired original recipes to create delicious meals for everyone to enjoy. Whether Vegan, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, have allergies, or can eat anything, we can do it! Gumamela's is comprised of two individuals with a love for creating meals from scratch. First is Glen from Houston, Texa

s. He's been a professional chef for the past 7 years & was most recently a chef at Pacific Grill here in Tacoma before they closed their doors. Next is Brooke, who moved to Washington State as a teen from Arizona & has been in the restaurant industry for 10+ years. She has worked in every position possible in a restaurant, from serving guests, managing, and even cooking. Together, Glen & Brooke, are Gumamela's!!
