🧀 MAC & CHEESE BITE RESTOCK DAY = A STAFF FAVORITE. 🧀

One of our favorite days in the kitchen is when it’s time to make a fresh batch of our homemade Mac & Cheese Bites. Why? Because it means we get to eat fresh mac & cheese for dinner that night before we turn the rest into those delicious, crispy little bites. 😂

Our homemade mac & cheese starts with a thick, creamy, cheesy sauce with just a little bit of jalapeño spice, then gets transformed into the crispy, golden Mac & Cheese Bites you know and love. It’s a pretty good employee perk. 😉Fresh mac & cheese for dinner AND Mac & Cheese Bites for you? Everybody wins. 🧀🔥

🥤 A LITTLE UPDATE FOR OUR COKE-LOVING CUSTOMERS🥤

After more than 10 years of faithful service, our coca-Cola cooler has officially given up. She retired about two months ago, and unfortunately, we still haven’t been able to get her repaired or replaced.

The cooler belongs to Coca-Cola, so we’re completely dependent on them to get us a new one. We promise we’re trying to get them to move a little faster although apparently there are a lot of things going on over there these days. 👀😂 We’re sorry to all of our Coke-loving customers who have been patiently waiting. In the meantime, we have plenty of other options!

maybe this is your sign to give Pepsi a try. 😂 No pressure, no judgment. Sometimes life puts a Pepsi in front of you when you were really asking for a Coke. 🥤🤣 We appreciate your patience I’m willingness to try new things while we work on getting this sorted out!

🥓 FRESH, HAND-COOKED BACON. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. 🥓

It’s a labor of love, and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. Bacon is basically the glue of the kitchen, so you really can’t afford to have anything less than the good stuff. 😂

And while I firmly believe that crispy bacon is basically just eating bacon shards and that chewy bacon is the way to go 1,000%, we do our best to make it exactly how you like it.

Crispy, chewy, somewhere in between whatever your bacon preference, just let us know. 🥓❤️

Because when bacon is this important, there’s no room for bad bacon.

We can make breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage trays, or a combination of all your favorites!

And if you need to pick it up a little earlier in the morning, just give us a heads up! Early pickup is something we can absolutely work with when we have some notice.

🍂 Instead of worrying about summer ending, having to go back to school, returning to a different full-time work schedule, the days getting shorter, and all those other terrible, negative things that come with the beginning of September… let’s focus on the positives! 😂

🥬 A Waller’s classic just got a little better. 🥬

Our Chicken Caesar Wrap is available with our regular grilled chicken, but if you’re a fan of the crispy chicken version, we’ve got some good news!

We’re now making our crispy chicken Caesar wraps with our fresh, homemade chicken cutlets. 🤤
Same Chicken Caesar you know and love, just with a crispy, homemade cutlet that makes an already good wrap even better.

And before anyone judges the picture… 😂

Don’t mind the gray background or the Walmart plate. This picture was taken moments before it was absolutely devoured in our very messy office. (Messy from paperwork, we promise! 😂) We’ve temporarily turned our office into a lovely gray photo studio so we can focus on the real star of the show. 🌯❤️

Five years.

On August 2, 2021, Sean and I became the owners of Waller’s Deli. It’s hard to believe five years have already gone by. Some days it feels like we just signed the paperwork, and other days it feels like we’ve been here forever.

The truth is, these five years have been the wildest, most rewarding, and most challenging years of our lives. We’ve celebrated incredible milestones, welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world, experienced heartbreaking losses, learned countless lessons, and grown in ways we never could have imagined.

Through it all, Waller’s Deli has remained our constant.

For me, this place has been part of my life since I was 17 years old and even before that through my family. It’s impossible to imagine our lives without Waller’s, without Rob Waller, and without this incredible community that has supported us every step of the way.

One of the greatest gifts Rob gave us wasn’t just a business it was the reminder that a small-town deli is about so much more than sandwiches. It’s about knowing your customers, caring about your neighbors, treating people like family, and giving back to the community that supports you. We’ve tried our best to honor that every single day while continuing to improve the quality of the food we serve.

To our staff, both past and present, thank you. You’ve helped make Waller’s what it is today, and so many of you have become lifelong friends. We truly appreciate the hard work, dedication, and pride you bring every day.

To our customers, thank you for choosing us. Whether you’ve been coming here since Bob opened the doors or you just stopped in for the first time this week, you’ve made this dream possible.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re also remembering the people we’ve lost along the way: Bob Waller, Mark Risden, and my dad, Tom Dauria. Their impact on our lives and on Waller’s Deli
will never be forgotten. We hope we’re making them proud every day.

Most of all, we thank God for blessing us with this opportunity. We don’t take a single day, customer, or conversation for granted.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for an unforgettable five years. We can’t wait to see what the next five bring. ❤️
