Ok so we are home from Twin Valley Fire & Smoke BBQ Competition we cooked both days. It was a hot one. Here are the results
Day 1
Chicken 8th place Springer Mountain Farms
Ribs 8th place
Pork 4th place Prairie Fresh
Brisket 10th place Mister Brisket, Inc.
Overall 5th

Dessert 1st with a perfect perfect 180

Congrats to BEER TIME BBQ for the RGC and HotMess Barbecue for there GC

Day 2
Chicken 6th place ( Springer mountain Farms)
Ribs 1st place Compart Family Farms
Porks 13th
Brisket 16th 🤮don’t know what happen.

Ok so we let the smoke clear. We travels to Blairstown Nj for the Campground BBQ. Tried to blow the rust off didn’t don’t do that bad for the first cook of the year . We did the double plus 2 one meats and anything chocolate

Saturday

Ribs 12th
Pork 19th
Brisket 20th

We did a rib roulette 7th . That was fun
