For many of our baristas, Pausa is their first café job. For a few, it’s their first job ever.

Latte art takes time—sometimes years—to learn. But behind every cup is someone trying their best to make your latte look just as good as it tastes. And yes, they get genuinely excited when they make one they’re proud of.

Not every latte will have the perfect heart or tulip. But every one is made by a real person who cares about what they hand you.

Fun fact: For most of our baristas, Pausa is their first time working in a café—and for a few, it’s their very first job.

They’ve worked so hard to perfect every pour and make sure your latte looks just as beautiful as it tastes. The best part is watching them get so excited when they make the perfect design for you.
