Our restaurant side is a new twist on culinary entertainment. We specialize in serving unique and exciting food sourced from as many local and organic suppliers as we can with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options! We're known for our sweet and savory waffles, but we have a full and diverse menu featuring sandwiches, salads, coffee drinks, and milkshakes! We serve breakfast all day long until

midnight on weeknights and 2:30AM on weekends! Our venue side features live music every night of the week and is the only Syracuse venue to do so. From local favorites to nationally touring acts, we strive to bring the best possible musicians to our stage to guarantee you a night of great music! Our bar has a wide selection of wines, spirits, and draft beers - all of our well drinks are only $4 as well as select draft beers. From our great food to our excellent drinks to our fantastic music, there's always something that will make you want to get down or eat up at Funk 'n Waffles!!

NYS Fair Location: We’ll be set up right at Gate 4 on Tonawanda St, across from 1911/Beak & Skiff.

Need help finding us? Visit nysfair.ny.gov and open the Fair Finder. Type “Funk ’n Waffles” into the vendor name search and follow the map straight to us!

Stop by for waffles, food from our truck, drinks from the full bar, and free live music under our huge tent. We’ll be here every day of the Fair from 9 AM to 11 PM!
