Good Morning Ruby!

The biz idea I’ve wanted to bring here from home since I moved here 23 years ago ish.

This is the prototype buttermilk biscuit. And that is bacon butter, getting brushed on. Pretty soon it’ll be like Bojangle’s and Hardees had a few babies 4 mornings a week.

Bacon
Sausage
And of course egg
Eventually steak and other fun stuff
Tater Tots
Cajun fries(like Bo’s)
Sweet Tea

Preorder Only, quick grab and go. Ready upon arrival.

Something has to pay for the expensive ribeye for later…

***Yes cheesesteaks are staying, once I find the right staff. This I can do a few mornings solo. Say 6-8AM, 30 breakfast biscuits each morning

The guy that had to come back for a forgotten “no onion” steak, please message me for some gas money back or another sandwich on me.

40 sold in the first 10 minutes, training a new staff…

Once we get ticket times back down, the menu will expand again.

The forecast for Sunday is rain, on most models. Considering I would be renting all cooking gear, and attempting it under a tent(but not directly, per fire code)…I have to cancel for this Sunday. One day I’ll have a trailer for events like this, where rain is not as big a deal. I will be making a few on Sunday at JONES rd. Will be perhaps doing a preorder kind of thing. Will post here with the final on that by tomorrow night. They will be limited, considering the 2 foot grill out there. Cheers folks!
