We source many of our products locally and our Maple Syrup is no exception.
We get it from a farm in Nappanee where they Tap from trees on their property and reduce the Maple Syrup with a beautiful wood fire Kettle. We our proud of the wonderful artisans in our county and strive to serve you and your family the best products we can find.

Unfortunately we will no longer be taking pre-orders for our sourdough. We are returning to a first-come, first-served basis. For the past few weeks more than half of the sourdough loaves which were spoken for were not picked up. As we do small batches we had to turn customers away as well at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

As we celebrate our 5th Birthday this week and weekend with our amazing community, our values have not changed. We are committed to offering our community the best and freshest house made food and drinks, using locally sourced ingredients, with offerings for our customers with dietary restrictions, and supporting other women owned businesses.
We wanted to celebrate the cultures of Latin America as most of the coffee we roast are coming from these beautiful countries.
Here are a few things to expect over the week of celebration.
- Chocolate/ coffee sensory experience with a woman owned Equadorian chocolate company
- Housemade Tres Leches cake (which will be gluten free)
- Potato Chorizo Tacos
- Our Mexican Chocolate Latte
- Housemade Horchata

We are very excited to merge the two crafts we love, Coffee and Chocolate.
It is with great pleasure for us to offer a full sensory immersion into the fine chocolate of Equador with our dear friends from
We will guide you through a tasting that includes cocoa nibs, dark chocolate,
milk chocolate, white chocolate, and various exclusive Conexion Chocolate
products, along with the Art and process of Chocolate Making.
You will also experience a live coffee roast by BrewCity and then savor a cup of a single plantation Ecuadorian coffee. We will also offer housemade hors d’oeuvres.

Before we opened our doors, Brew City Roasting Company was dedicated to putting community first.
This means serving our guests delicious, healthy food, made in-house using locally sourced ingredients, as well as house roasted coffee and tea drinks featuring our clean label handcrafted syrups.
We’ve also made it a priority to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment for our team, providing opportunities for growth, knowledge-sharing, and most of all to have Fun.

We are very proud to announce that we will finally be able to offer Eye, Dental, and Health Care Benefits to our team members.
