Our next cooking class—Pasta with Three Sauces—is Wednesday, April 24th at 6:30.
Learn how to cook pasta correctly. Jason will teach you how to make three traditional Italian sauces:
Aglio E Olio—A traditional light garlic and olive oil sauce
Pesto—Traditional fresh basil sauce
Tomato Vodka—Creamed Tomato Sauce w/ Grey Goose Vodka
We will start our meal with a mixed green salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette. You will learn how to make a simple, flavorful vinaigrette.
We will sample all three pastas with crusty bread.
This class is vegetarian friendly too!
Cost: $50 per person
