Yep... it’s a real thing!

Before opening Thurgood Creamery, I knew I loved eating ice cream... but I had a lot to learn about actually making it. There’s so much science, technique, and craftsmanship that goes into creating incredible ice cream.

Attending Ice Cream School was one of the best investments I made. I learned from amazing instructors, met people from all over the country who shared the same passion, and came home inspired to keep creating better ice cream.

If you’ve ever dreamed of opening an ice cream shop, starting your own business, or just want to dive deeper into the world of frozen desserts, I can’t recommend it enough.

I attended Stella’s Ice Cream School in Idaho, and it was an incredible experience. Huge shoutout to Stella’s Ice Cream and Chad Hartley - Ice Cream Business Consultant for everything they taught me! ❤️🍨
