This weekend looked like lakeside cocktail hours, lobster rolls, slow brunches, grab-and-greet dinners, and feeding the people everyone loves most.

Private chef weekends are one of my favorite things to do. By the end, I know who wants extra syrup, who’s back for another lobster roll, and exactly when everyone is ready for dinner after a day at the lake.

So fun. So my vibe.

Hi friends,

This week’s menu is giving coastal summer vacation energy: crab cake mac & cheese, peach-Dijon chicken, crab and sweet corn chowder, Waldorf chicken salad, green goddess white bean salad, and a few other things I’m genuinely excited about.

A quick heads up: because wedding season, catering season, hot dog season, and general chaos season are in full swing, I’m only taking 6 meal prep households this week.

2 spots are already claimed, which means there are only 4 remaining.

As always, returning clients get priority, but once the remaining spots are filled, ordering will close for the week.

If you’ve been meaning to take a week off from grocery shopping, cooking, dishes, and figuring out what’s for dinner every night, this is your sign.

Quick meal prep update: wedding season, catering season, hot dog season, and general chaos season are here. Because of that, I’m scaling meal prep back to just 6 households per week for the next few months.

Better late than never 💃🏽✨

Hi friends,

Sorry for the late drop, but she’s here.

This was officially our busiest meal prep week yet. We squeezed in an extra household (because apparently I don’t know how to say no) for a total of 11 meal prep households plus one very special elopement meal prep. Congrats, Ivy & Ryan. 🥂

Thank you for being patient while I got this week’s menu together. I saw all the DMs asking if the email had gone out yet, and honestly? It makes my little heart so happy to know She Fancy has become part of your weekly routine.

So, with that being said — here’s the menu.

You know the drill:

* Returning clients get first dibs on our 10 weekly spots.
* Email me your order.
* I’ll send an invoice.
* Payment is due Friday to reserve your Tuesday pickup or delivery.

The boring stuff:

* $125 minimum order
* Delivery within 10 miles is $10
* $1 per additional mile

This week’s menu has a little Italian summer energy because if I’m being completely honest, I’d really rather be wandering around Europe with a spritz in hand right now.

Instead, I’m here making Chicken Caesar Lasagna and dreaming.

As for what else we’ve been up to…

This week we popped up at Stay Fresh for their gallery opening fundraiser benefiting the Kirk Park Skate Park, catered a couple baby showers, put together a handful of DIY pickle bars, catered a wedding, and wrapped up a private chef dinner.

No rest for the wicked.

And for those of you with whom we have developed a completely normal and healthy parasocial relationship…

The twins had their four-month checkup this week and are both right on their growth curves. Happy, healthy babies who are finally sleeping through the night.

We are truly blessed.

PS — we’re hosting a little garage sale this weekend (more details coming soon) and we’ll have the hot dog cart out as well.

This weird stretch between Memorial Day and summer break is honestly one of the busiest times of year.

School concerts.
Field days.
Teacher gifts.
Dance recitals.
End-of-year parties.
Sports banquets.
