Our goals are to serve authentic Asian cuisine fused with American culinary preferences. Traditional Chinese food has the stigma of being inedible, takeout food, or contain various animals that no one eats. Sushi has the stigma of bad seafood and food poisoning. By incorporating Asian culinary arts into the fine dining experience with western aesthetics, we hope to change the stereotypes. Currently authentic Asian cuisine restaurants only serve a microscopic number of dishes to the millions of Asian dishes in the world. Master Chef is the melting pot of thousands of years of Asian culinary arts infused with American culinary arts.
