Meet Torian 👨🍳🍴
“I have been on and off for 5 years in the restaurant industry. However my passion started as a young kid.
What sets borderline apart from other restaurants is by combining teamwork, respect, growth opportunities, and a strong sense of community - making it a workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
My favorite food from borderline is their wings the unique thought of frying in beef tallow makes it so much healthier and delicious.
My favorite borderline food to cook is the smash burger because it challenges me to push myself and improve my speed. I like to time myself while preparing them and challenge myself to be quicker each time without sacrificing the quality of food. It gives me a personal goal to work towards and motivated me to become more efficient, focused, and confident in the kitchen.
My hobbies outside of work are spending time in the kitchen perfecting my craft. Cooking is something I’m passionate about, and I’m always looking for ways to improve my skill. I also love spending quality time playing and make memories with my kids when I have time to get outdoors. I enjoy playing disk, which gives me a chance to have fun, stay active and unwind.”
