🍴WEEKLY SPECIALS🍴 Due to supply issues we will be featuring TWO specials this week, both in limited quantity (i.e. "Op is op!"). Wednesday & Thursday, enjoy Chef's perfectly crispy fried fish and chips with house made slaw. Friday and Saturday, Chef is featuring fresh skate wing! The skate is a member of the shark and ray family, known for its clean, sweet flavor and firm texture. Pair with Lucashof Weissburgunder Pinot Blanc.

Support local culinary arts programs! This is so cool! 6 different trucks, 2 schools. The students designed the menu, cost it out, designed the graphics, etc. We might be biased towards the truck our culinary student/employee is running.

Friday, the 15th, we'll be located at Earnest South Toledo from 4:00-8:30 pm.

Absolutely scrumptious brisket with mac and blue cheese bake (not too tangy), finished with a little crunchy, fried red cabbage. Add a little side of baked beans and it's a meal fit for T-town! Special runs through May 9. See you soon!
