On Sunday, August 30, Chef Marcel was invited to collaborate with three talented, local chefs on a five-course dinner for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the world's oldest international gastronomic society, founded in France in 1248. Chef Marcel was joined by Chef Joshua Wagy from Farnsworth Cocktail & Oyster Bar, Chef Jacob Henry from Hollywood Casino, and Chef Clinton Stanton from Toledo Country Club. The event was hosted by Toledo branch director Mary Martin in the beautiful home of Deitra and John Hickey.
