Join us at the On Tap & Uncorked fundraiser for Sylvania Area Family Services, Inc which helps make a difference for many families in our community!!

Upside Brewing located in downtown Sylvania is “On Tap” to give back to the community by being part of the SAFS On Tap and Uncorked event. The brewery continues to grow its following. What started as a home brewing hobby has led to one of the favorite must-visit destinations in Sylvania. Dallas likes to test out new brews so the brewery continually has new options.

With the addition of The Dallas Taproom to the already family-favorite J & G Pizza and Upside, Nick is thankful to have his wife Melissa by his side to keep things running smoothly.

For this dynamic pair, being involved and supporting community is what it’s all about.

It’s been several years since we brewed our BAKLAVA BROWN ale but we thought we would bring the this dessert inspired beer back for our 700th BATCH.
We chopped and baked our baklava and added it to our recipe for quite the treat, cheers!! 🍻

Time to get excited: Ohio Pint Day 2026 is Tuesday, Sept. 29! This year's glass was designed by Ali Drozdowicz of Quenched & Tempered Brewing Co. in Toledo and is printed with black ink and metallic gold accents. 🚨NEW BEER ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

🍐Pearasaur -Fruited Saison 6.5%

For this hot summer weather, we decided to brew a refreshing French Saison with a fun pear infusion. Classic fruity Belgian esters blend with the real pear and balance nicely with a slight peppery note with a traditional dry Saison finish.

And back as a fan favorite

🌶️Burns When I Peel 🍊 -Spiced Beer 5.9%

The perfect balance of heat and zest from jalapeño and orange peel that are used to complement this recipe.
