Summer Hours are now in effect! Mindy's will be offering all your favorites Wednesdays through Saturdays from 12 noon to 7:30 in the evening.

As always, feel free to call in your orders ahead of time at and e-mail us if you're interested in anything special!

Mindy's Bakery is Now Open! Our Hours have changed to 2:30 to 8:30 Weds - Saturday. Come on by and try our new Steak Sandwich on Cuban Bread!

Hello fans of Mindy's. You may have noticed that we have been closed for a bit. We have unfortunately had an illness in the family that has taken us out of town, but we are hoping to be back in business next week if all goes well. We're sorry for the inconvenience and we're looking forward to re-opening just as much as you are! Thank you for your patience and understanding during these trying times.
