Traditional Neapolitan style pizza.

Pie Times is pizzeria located in Sylva, NC attached to Innovation Brewery in Downtown Sylva serving traditional Neapolitan style pizza. We use a brick oven to cook all of our food using wood as our only source of heat. Our brick oven was imported straight from Italy and a local artist finished the oven with a mosaic of a fire-breathing monster. We make many of our ingredients in-house including our mozzarella, sauces, sourdough, vegan cheese, vegan bacon and many other pizza toppings using only the highest quality ingredients.

Neapolitan pizza is different than NY style pizza. It is more rustic looking, has a bubbly crust, floppier and is less cheesy. The dough is a sourdough, which is healthier and full of good bacteria that helps your body digest it better than other pizza dough. You will be able to pick up the flavors of the pizza more easily due to its simplicity and freshness. The wood fired oven cooks the pizza in 1 minute and 30 seconds at 850 degrees and develops a slight char taste only achieved by this method.

We also serve soup that is made fresh daily, salads, appetizers and desserts all made with the same quality standards as our pizzas.

We have beer on tap made by Innovation brewery, cider made by Bold Rock, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
