Wood + Rosemary is so much more than a small business to me.
It allowed me to graduate debt-free from Samford University. It has helped me provide advanced education for my sons without placing that burden entirely on them. It has given me the opportunity to hire other young women and in some small way help provide for their families, too.
It has introduced me to so many beautiful, kind and incredibly supportive people—many of whom started as customers and became friends.
But maybe most importantly, Wood + Rosemary allowed me to prove something to myself.
I built something from the ground up. I took an idea, worked incredibly hard, learned as I went, made mistakes, kept going—and turned it into something that has blessed my family and, I hope, others along the way.
What started with a love for making beautiful food became a way to pay tuition, create jobs, serve people, celebrate some of life’s biggest moments, and show my boys what hard work can accomplish.
Wood + Rosemary will never be “just a small business” to me.
It is proof that sometimes the little idea you decide to take a chance on can change your life.
