Since the French Twist opened in 2014, we have been using Schedulefly to schedule our staff and to communicate with them.

Schedulefly is the best platform I have found to schedule my employees. Everyone here appreciates how convenient and easy it is to use from a computer (browser) or a phone (app).

Some of my favorite features are: report of labor cost, number of give-up and pick-up shifts per employee, color coded schedule for different jobs that you can customize easily but most of all, it offers a simple way to see schedules, request time off, trade shifts, etc.

Schedulefly is affordable, there's no contract, and they offer a 30-day free trial.

Their customer service is outstanding. They always pick up the phone or respond to messages quickly.
