Made some bread and bagels for our trip to see family. Everyone loved it. Felicia is getting stronger and the crumb is showing it. Felicia is almost a year old and has matured so well. I’m so proud of her.

🌟 **Exciting News in My Sourdough Journey!** 🌟

I’m thrilled to share that my dehydrated sourdough starter has come to life in just *three days*! 🥳 Watching it bloom has been an incredible experience, and it reminds me of the magic that happens in the kitchen. I plan to bake my first loaf on day 5 or 6. My dehydrated starter is available at Sweet Fannie Maes. My dehyrated stater comes with easy to follow directions and we even have stater kits available for purchase.

Here’s a glimpse into the process:

- **Day 1:** After mixing the dehydrated starter with water and flour, I eagerly waited. The anticipation was real! 🤞
- **Day 2:** Tiny bubbles started to form, a sign of fermentation at work! I could almost hear it bubbling with excitement. 🥂
- **Day 3:** This morning, my starter was vibrant and full of life, ready to take on bread-making adventures! 🍞✨

ALSO!!!!! I now have my own personal sourdough started for sale! I have dehydrated it and provided instructions on how to rehydrate that could have you making sourdough in 5-7 days!!!! You could also snag the sourdough starter kit to go with the sourdough starter!!!! This could be a wonderful Valentine’s Day gift for those who celebrate.

Y'all I made sourdough cornbread and it is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It's probably the best cornbread I've ever had and it's SOOOO easy to make.
