**CASE FILE UPDATE: HAMLET IS STILL MISSING**

It has now been a full week since Hamlet wandered away from Bradley’s, and we regret to report that there have been no confirmed sightings.

Some members of the staff remain hopeful.

Others have started whispering things like, “Nobody just wanders away from a barbecue restaurant,” and “This feels familiar.”

Years ago, another beloved Bradley’s pig disappeared under suspicious circumstances. Some say it was Hamlet’s mother. Some say it was an aunt. Some say the family tree gets complicated when everyone is named after pork.

But what we do know is this:

There were ransom notes. Actual ransom notes. Photos. Clues. Demands. Drama. Poor penmanship.

So while the Bradley’s BBQ Investigation Unit continues searching for Hamlet, we’ll be digging into the archives and today, we're sharing the old ransom notes from that first disappearance.

Maybe there’s a clue. Maybe there’s a pattern. Maybe somebody in this town knows more than they’re saying.

There’s just something about pulling up to Bradley’s. The warm welcome, the first round of cocktails, the appetizers hitting the table, and then that moment when the whole spread arrives and everyone knows they made the right call.

WELL... THIS IS AWKWARD.

Remember when we told you Hamlet had been known to wander?

We probably should’ve taken that more seriously...Hamlet is missing.

He was last seen at Bradley’s, presumably minding his own business and definitely NOT plotting an escape. At least... that’s what we thought.

Given what happened to his mama all those years ago, we’re not ruling anything out.

The Bradley’s BBQ Investigation Unit has been activated. We’re checking the evidence, questioning witnesses, and keeping a very close eye on the sauce.

Last known location: near the sauce.
Current whereabouts: unknown.
Suspects: everybody.

If you’ve seen Hamlet—or have a completely unsubstantiated theory about what happened to him, we need to hear it.

When BBQ is so good… dessert deserves its own building.

Start at Bradley’s with the ribs and pulled pork plate.
Then take the short walk across the parking lot to Sweet Side, because the grand finale is ice cream topped with your favorite sweet treat.

Dinner on one side. Dessert on the Sweet Side.
That’s the kind of meal plan we can get behind.
