We’re back at it this week, and we’ve got a fan favorite on the menu…The Southwest Chicken Wrap! 🌯🔥

Crispy deep-fried chicken strips, shredded mixed cheese, fresh lettuce, zesty pico de gallo, and crunchy Fritos, all drizzled with homemade taco sauce and wrapped in a 12" tortilla. Served with a side of golden, seasoned tater tots.

We also want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to support us at the Blooms, Blues & BBQ Fest! We had such a great time, got to hang out with some amazing local vendors, and of course, we’re still pretty excited about taking 2nd place in the BBQ contest!! 🏆

After a busy weekend, we decided we needed an extra day to rest, reset, and get everything prepped, so we took today off. Here’s where you can catch us this week:

Today isn’t just another day at Scott’s Tots…

It’s the 7th wedding anniversary of these two taters behind the truck!

Seven years married. Countless adventures. A whole lot of hard work. More laughs than we can count. And somehow, we decided it would be a good idea to start a food truck together. 😂

What started as an idea became Scott’s Tots—and along the way, we’ve built so much more than a business. We’ve built a life together.

We’ve cooked together, worked together, stressed together, celebrated together, cleaned together 😂, and chased this crazy dream side by side.

There’s nobody we’d rather have next to us for all of it.

So today, while we celebrate 7 years of marriage, we also want to say thank you to everyone who has supported us and Scott’s Tots along the way. Every order, share, review, visit, recommendation, and “Later, Taters!” means more than you know.

Here’s to 7 years married, many more years of adventures, and plenty more tots along the way.

Join us tomorrow from 10:00am to 3:00pm (or sold out) at Tsali Notch Vineyard in Madisonville for their annual Fall Market at The Notch event! There will be so many amazing local vendors setup…all of our favorites! So come out, do some shopping, grab a bite to eat at Scott’s Tots, sip some w**e, and just enjoy the breath taking views from the vineyard! We always look forward to this event every year!

We will have our brand new wrap on special tomorrow, Korean Hot Honey Chicken Crunch Wrap, as well as our full menu available. We hope to see y’all there! 🫶
