Next week meals are-

Tues-PF Chang chicken lettuce wraps.
Chicken in a Korean sauce wrapped in lettuce with a dipping sauce

Wednesday- Hearty chili this is a beef chili with black beans, onions, peppers, and loaded with lots of flavor.

Thursday- chicken Romano with lemon butter sauce. Side is roasted Brussel sprouts. A thin chicken breast pan sautéed with almond flour and topped with a lemon sauce.

Tuesday- chicken pot pie soup
This is low carb and gluten free. There is no bread in this. It’s a chicken soup with veggies in a creamy broth.

Wednesday-cabbage roll casserole
Ground hamburger, cabbage, peppers , tomatoes, seasonings and a small amount of cheese

Thursday-stuffed chicken bacon ranch sweet potatoes. This is a sweet potato stuffed with broccoli, bacon, chicken in a ranch sauce
Pick up is Monday.
