👀 Know a Boy Scout?

We are looking for a local troop to sell popcorn out front of the Café this fundraising season! Every year from August to October troops raise money to cover every day costs like camping gear, facility rentals, leader training, and so much more. We would love to be a part of it this year we just need some help. 🏕️

WE DON’T KNOW ANY BOY SCOUTS AND AUGUST IS ALMOST HERE!

Tag troop leaders, a Boy Scout page, or a parent that could help us below ❤️

📍 At Café Brûlée we have been priding ourselves on supporting local and anchoring ourselves in the community, this is just another step in that direction.

The Heatwave: Café Brûlée

It was hot, but not like usual.
Dreaded heat.
Start at 4am to avoid working at 3pm heat.

95 outside 110 inside.
We made it.

This weekend we have 2 events coming to the shop! The Floured Board is putting on her first sourdough class Friday! Haven is guiding us through a Pilates class as well!

Thankfully the kitchen has cooled A LOT!

Cassie’s Sourdough Class is right around the corner! 📚

July 10th at 5:30 Café Brûlée will be holding a 2~ hour class teaching you everything you need to know to make AMAZING sourdough! This class is hands on right in our kitchen. 🤌🏼

You’ll walk away with
•A loaf of sourdough 🍞
•Starter in a jar 🫙
•A Lame 🪒

There is an additional kit available for purchase if you would like some extra handy tools.

Both Pesto's "Food With A Flair" and Café Brûlée will be closed for the holiday. We know you’ll be hungry and without your daily caffeine so please be careful if you are handling any fireworks 👀

We will resume normal hours on the 5th.
