A little bakery case action, a little behind the scenes, and a whole lot of fall 🍎🍵

The girls are back there filming and making one of our new favorites: the Apple Crisp Matcha with our house-made apple crisp syrup.

Sweet, cozy, a little spiced, and dangerously easy to drink.

If you’re a matcha person, this one needs to be next on your list. 👀

Reagan and I made the new maple brown butter latte and this one is so good 🍁

House made brown butter simple syrup with maple sea salt whip on top.

Sweet, salty, buttery… definitely one of my favorites on the new menu.

You guys are gonna love this one.

The part you don’t always get to see 👀🍂

Before the drinks hit the counter, Laura is back there making everything from scratch — Banana Bread Simple Syrup, Brown Butter Simple Syrup, Apple Crisp Simple Syrup… and of course, the fan-favorite Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Loaf. 🤎

It’s a whole lot of stirring, baking, tasting, tweaking, and probably making the café smell way too good. 😂

Five years ago, almost to the day, we were getting ready to open the doors to REA’S for the very first time. 🤎

And not long after that came a little drink called the Pumpkin Chai Cold Brew. 🎃

It was one of our first specialty drinks to really take off, the kind of drink people told their friends about, came back for, and honestly helped put REA’S on the map. Five fall seasons later, it’s still one of the drinks we get asked about all year long.

So with our 5-year anniversary coming up September 10, flipping this chalkboard from summer to fall feels a little more special this year. 🍂

The Pumpkin Chai is back, along with a whole new lineup of pumpkin, apple, maple, brown butter, banana bread and everything that makes this season feel like REA’S.

Pumpkin season hits a little different when your favorite little decorator is by your side 🎃🤎

Reagan and I spent the day turning the café into full-on fall mode, and just like that… the best season of the year is officially here. 🍂☕️

Bring on the pumpkins, cozy vibes, and all the fall drinks. REA’S is ready. 🎃✨

Summer always feels endless… right up until it isn’t. ☀️

The busy mornings, iced drinks, sun pouring through the windows, familiar faces coming through the door — somehow another season at REA’S is already becoming a memory.

So before we trade these last warm days for something a little cozier, we’re going out with a bang this weekend. 🤍

Come soak up the last little bit of summer with us.

And don’t worry… we have a feeling September is going to smell a lot like pumpkin. 🎃

Laura was up late last night to make you guys some limited batch treats.

Here’s a peek of her as she preps some of our grab-and-go favorites: peanut butter squares, Rice Krispie treats, protein bites, and fresh fruit cups.
