Good Morning! 🌞Kick off Independence Day weekend with sourdough! Today the Shed at 407 Atlantic Road is stocked with some old favorites as well as some new and interesting creations. Stop by when you see the open flag flying for fresh, handmade with love, sourdough. 💗

I hope everyone is excited for sourdough tomorrow, July 3! I’m working hard on dough today for fresh bread tomorrow.

Tomorrow at noon the shed at 407 Atlantic Rd will be stocked with:

Honey White
Heritage
Jalapeño Cheddar
Focaccia
Brioche Tarts with a Strawberry and Cheese filling
And the return of Whoopie Pies!

All of these breads are created by hand using organic flours and cold fermented overnight. Made with ❤️.

Fresh sourdough will be back in the bread shed on Friday, July 3!

Jalapeño Cheddar (my honey white dough with sharp cheddar and spicy jalapeños added during the second coil fold) $10/loaf

And Big Fat Cookies (these are big and fat chocolate chip with a combo of dark chocolate chunks and milk chocolate morsels) $5

Available today, June 27 at noon in the bread shed at 407 Atlantic Rd fresh Honey White Sourdough, Maple Cinnamon Raisin, and the return of Big Fat Cookies! Today’s flavor is Chocolate Chip with a combination of large chunks of dark chocolate and milk chocolate morsels.

Tomorrow June 28 I will have fresh Heritage loaves and Jalapeño Cheddar. I will post when these go out.

Swan’s Island Sourdough will be opening tomorrow, June 27 at noon! Depending on how things go I will have fresh bread and other goodies available through the summer. Stop by the Bread Shed at 407 Atlantic Rd anytime you see the open flag flying. I will also post here whenever the shed is stocked.

Tomorrow I will have fresh Honey White and Maple Cinnamon Raisin sourdough loaves available.

I cannot at this time take pre-orders or holds. This will be strictly first come first served and all on the honor system. Please leave payment (cash only) in the little red box. Thank you!
