We are on tenterhooks waiting on Fall to arrive at Tea Strings here at the end of August. We have Shire Hand Pies. Buttery sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onion with seasoned ground turkey inside a flaky pie crust. Served with a salad or soup side. And Cabbage & Turkey Potage (cabbage soup) with a savory Cheddar Chive Scone or a piece of our housemade sourdough.
