Join us for a gentle sunrise yoga flow designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and help you reconnect before the day begins. We’ll move through intentional breathwork, gentle stretching, grounding movement, and peaceful moments outdoors as the sun rises paired with the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls for an even deeper reset

After class, head back to the studio for brunch bites and tea provided by Tea Strings ☕✨
