Due to the heat wave the Bistro will be closing at 1pm daily until the weather cools down for the comfort of our customers and employees. Sorry our building is a Main street original and evaporative coolers are just not cutting it when it's this hot 🔥 Thank you for understanding!

Main St may be shut down for the Fair Parade, but we are still open at the Bistro!
If you missed grabbing your coffee or breakfast sandwich before the parade started, stop in on your way back to your car. It’s a beautiful morning for a walk through Uptown Susanville!

And don’t forget to see us at our fair booth today for Chicken Bacon Wraps, Loaded Cinnamon Rolls, Smoothies, Red Bull Infusions and refreshing fresh brewed iced tea!!

It’s a warm day out here at the Lassen County Fair! Come see us and the Lassen High Class of 2029 for your Dirty Sodas, Iced Tea and Red Bull Infusions! We’ve also got our amazing cookies from our Blue Ox Bakery!!
