🎉🥂 Today is the day! Exactly 20 years since we opened the doors to I & J Fountain Restaurant! 🥂🎉

It’s hard to put into words what these 20 years have meant to Jose and me. ❤️ What started as our little family business has become so much more than a restaurant — it has become a place filled with friendships, celebrations, music, dancing, laughter, and countless memories.

To our amazing customers — THANK YOU! Some of you have been with us almost from the beginning, and many of you have become much more than customers. You’ve become friends and part of our I & J family. ❤️

To our employees, past and present — thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for being part of our journey.

And to all of our wonderful entertainers and musicians — thank you for filling our restaurant with music, dancing, laughter, and so many unforgettable nights. 🎶💃🕺

Twenty years in the restaurant business hasn’t always been easy, but looking back today, we are incredibly proud, thankful, and grateful for every person who helped us get here.
