We’re giving our team the day off this Labor Day.

The TOAST will be closed Monday, September 7th so our team can enjoy the holiday with family and friends.

We’ll be back Tuesday, ready to serve up all your favorites.

The dishes that keep them coming back here in the West Valley.

Not sure what to order at The TOAST? Start with a few of our guest favorites:

- Fried Goat Cheese Balls
Topped with truffle honey and chopped pistachios.

- The French
Thinly shaved prime rib and Swiss cheese on a French baguette, served with au jus.

- Mediterranean Chicken
Bruleed Goat cheese, tomatoes and lemon beurre blanc, served with seasonal vegetables.

- Pomegranate Glazed Salmon
Seared salmon topped with fresh pomegranate seeds, served with seasonal vegetables and rice pilaf.

Dusted with walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon, then drizzled with lemon honey.
