With nearly two decades of professional culinary experience, Chef Mario brings a unique combination of culinary artistry, leadership, discipline, and passion to every kitchen he leads. A retired United States Marine and accomplished Executive Chef, Mario has built his career around one simple belief: great food should create an experience people remember.
His culinary journey began after retiring from the military. He is a graduate from the top ranked Culinary Institute of America. His carrer has taken him through high-volume kitchens, luxury resorts, Italian restaurants, steakhouses, seafood establishments, and fine-dining environments. His true passions include Italian cuisine, fresh seafood, perfectly prepared steaks, and the art of the wine dinner — but his talents go far beyond one style of cooking.
From handmade pasta, scratch-made sauces and breads, and elegant desserts to beautifully prepared seafood and expertly grilled steaks, Chef Mario loves taking fresh, quality ingredients and turning them into something memorable.
His years as a United States Marine have shaped his approach to leadership, bringing discipline, accountability, teamwork, and an unwavering work ethic into every kitchen he leads. But above all, Chef Mario believes great food is about more than what’s on the plate — it’s about the experience, the craftsmanship, the people gathered around the table, and the memories created together.
