Building Pure Tide has taught us something very quickly:

People are tired of companies that don’t listen.

We’ve been getting a huge amount of feedback from customers about what they want, when they want delivery, what products matter most, and what actually builds trust long term.

We pay attention to all of it.

One of the core principles behind Pure Tide is making sure customers feel heard. Not treated like an order number.

The FDA had to write a new playbook for what we’re doing. 👇

Most bottled water companies fit neatly into one of two boxes the FDA already had: bottle it at the source, or bottle it at a plant for single use—all plastic.

Pure Tide doesn’t fit either.

Our model is different by design, and that meant working through a custom compliance pathway to make sure every drop you drink meets (and most importantly, far exceeds) federal standards.

Here’s the thing: I welcomed the extra scrutiny. When you’re putting something into your family’s body, “good enough” isn’t good enough. Every label, every batch, every aspect is documented and verified.

This is what premium actually means. Not marketing. Not aesthetics. Receipts.
