Head out to Gondik Law Speedway tonight for some amazing food. The MN State Fair finished up on Monday, but we want everyone to enjoy some of that good Fair food!!

We have the grills and smokers going and we will have the following available, plus our normal great selections:

Turkey Legs
Ribs on a Stick
Roasted Corn on the Cob
Brisket Nachos

Going to be a great night with the 410 Outlaw Sprints in Town!

Just so you know, we will have two Friday night specials tonight. The one upfront consession will be hamburger gravy and mashed potatoes. The one in the express and at JoJo‘s pitstop will be sloppy Joe’s. Hope to see you all tonight. Gonna be a great night of racing!

Well, Jo Jo is in the kitchen cooking her famous Swedish meatballs for Friday night, August 9! I feel like we could use some good comfort food mashed potatoes, Swedish meatballs and if I get enough ambition, maybe even some homemade custard!!

A little comfort food never hurts anyone right? We are having hamburger gravy over mashed potatoes and corn and a roll!!! And a little ice cream for dessert!!! You can even pick your ice cream choice! Vanilla or chocolate or twist!!! No need to mess your kitchen when Jo Jo is making dinner! See you Friday night !!!
