​She’s the reason Chef OD and I have been away all week, as we took our first trip out to Chippewa Falls to celebrate Wissota Chophouse’s 10-year anniversary. Celebrating a decade of incredible food, hospitality, and hard work with great people makes you realize just how special this team really is.
​We’ll be back home and ready to roll tomorrow! Here’s to 10 amazing years and many more to come! 🎉🥩

When she isn’t making your delicious drinks, she is probably practicing pottery or out enjoying the Twin ports beautiful hiking trails.
She has a love for camping, family and mushroom ravioli.
