I hate to do it but we've gotta pull the plug on working tonight. My knee is acting up when I try to stand, sit up or most anything so I've just got to try to give it a break so I don't screw something up like I usually do. I'm real sorry but gotta try to take care of this thing.

In 1936 Bob Wien sold his car for $300 and bought a ten stool lunch stand in Burbank, California called the "Pantry." One late night a customer asked for something "different." Bob sliced the bun twice through the middle, creating the middle bun added two burger patties and the rest is history. The shrinking restaurant chain has now been known as Bob's Big Boy for decades.

🚚🍦 It’s a busy week for our little family operation and we couldn’t be more excited! 🌭❤️

From supply runs, to dinner service, to roaming the streets with ice cream, to being invited to celebrate special moments with our community… this week is packed and we’re grateful for every bit of it.

🎓❤️ Superior — this one is for ALL of our young people. ❤️🎓

Graduation is a huge accomplishment and we want to congratulate every student crossing that stage. You put in the work, stayed up late, overcame hard days and made it to this moment. Be proud of that.

But we also want to say something just as important…

If you didn’t graduate this year, if school wasn’t your path, if life got complicated, if your GPA wasn’t what you hoped for, or if you feel behind — your story is not finished. Not even close!!

There is more than one road to building a great life.

Trade schools. Apprenticeships. Unions. Community college. Starting a business. Learning a skill. Going back later. Taking time to figure things out.

Some of the strongest, most successful people we’ve ever met didn’t take the “perfect” path — they just kept moving.

Learn something. Build something. Fix something. Create something. Help somebody.

Your future isn’t decided by one report card, one semester, or one moment.

Superior is full of people who work hard, take care of each other, and prove every day that success comes in many forms.
