Our latest speed bump involves playing the “snail mail” game with the WI DOT and combing through various channels to secure the last bit of funding for our appliances and start-up supplies.

Be on the look out for a possible event opportunity (or a possible pre-tasting event/sale) to take care some of the remaining start up capital.

Boozhoo everyone!

We wanted to check in with everyone quickly regarding the "Grand Opening" date we had set for New Years Eve.

We will be rescheduling the Grand Opening event to a date in the Spring, where we will be able to hopefully take advantage of the warmer weather versus fighting the cold weather on New Years. WE WILL ENSURE THAT EVERYONE KNOWS A DATE ONCE WE CAN ESTABLISH A DATE IN THE SPRING.

This decision also stems from continued personal and financial barriers that have been present in December. While still figuring out capital for our appliances, our entire family contracted both COVID-19 AND INFLUENZA A. We are not out of the clear yet with all those sicknesses, but we are getting there.

Thank you for hanging in with us as we continue through our journey to open Rez Rez-Cliff Originals mobile dining experience.
